HiSIM Presented at NSTI Nanotech Conference 美国 加州圣克拉拉县, 2007年5月30日 Mr Yoshihisa Iino from SILVACO Japan and SILVACO CEO Dr Ivan Pesic made a presentation at the 10th International NSTI Nanotech Conference, held in Santa Clara May 20 – 24. The presentation, 'HiSIM- Replacement of BSIM4 in UDSM Circuit Simulations,' covered HiSIM speed and convergence advantages against BSIM4 and PSP models on a large variety of circuits such as memories, MPUs, PLLs, A/D and D/A converters, and mixers.
