oLED

The oLED module enables ATLAS to simulate the electrical and optical properties of light emitting diodes composed of organic semiconductors. oLED is integrated into the ATLAS framework with the oTFT module and allows the steady-state and transient simulation of the singlet and triplet exciton densities, dopant exciton density and optical emission characteristics of organic devices.
