SFLM stands for Standard Floating License Manager, in terms of license agreement controlling and configuring of SILVACO/SILVACO products. Each product must install SFLM as a license server to controlling license of individual product. |

For Windows platform, the SFLM will be automatically asked for installation, just follow exact instructions. For Linux and Solaris version, type “sflm –install” at terminal window after you have unzipped SILVACO/SILVACO products and configured environment variables (.cshrc or bash_profile). |

当安装SFLM服务器的时候，需要用到文件libstdc++.so.5，通常这个文件都会在linux系统中，并且位于目录/usr/lib。如果你的系统上没有这个文件，你可以手动创建链接，使得能够找到这个文件。在我们软件ACCUCELL和ACCUCORE中会有这个文件，通常它位于： /silvaco-install-dir/lib/accucore/version-number/i386-linux/ 这里silvaco-install-dir是指silvaco的安装目录，version-number是指软件的版本号。 在root用户权限下，你可以使用以下命令来创建链接： ln /silvaco-install-dir/lib/accucore/version-number/i386-linux/libstdc++.so.5 注意：以上的命令需要在目录/usr/lib中执行 |
